Insurances
Premier and all its contractors, have all the necessary insurances (i.e. public liability and workers’ compensation) and we are WH&S compliant for residential and commercial projects.
Home Owner’s Warranty Insurance
By law, jobs with a value exceeding $20,000, must have home owner’s warranty insurance via the Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF). Premier Improvements is approved to provide this insurance when needed.
Statutory Structural Warranty
Premier Improvements ensures it’s workmanship and quality, and provides the full 6 year statutory warranty, as required by law. Having being in business for 38 plus years, this warranty has some meaning.
