Why use aluminium louvres/privacy screens/gates?
Aluminium is very durable. It will not rust. It won’t warp. Doesn’t need to be painted, and is low maintenance.
Will your louvres/privacy screens/gates rust?
All our louvres, privacy screens and gates are made from aluminium, which is a material that doesn’t rust.
How do I look after them?
All you need to do is give them a wash with a sponge and warm soapy water when they appear dirty. Then rinse them down with some clean water.
Do I need to paint them every year?
No. We powder coat our louvres, privacy screens and gates here in our factory. To make sure we get a good coverage of powder, we put them through a 7 stage chemical treatment prior to powder coating them. This makes sure the aluminium is clean so the powder will stick to it, giving a lovely smooth finish that lasts. With regular cleaning as noted above, your louvres, privacy screens and gates will look as good as new for many many many years.

Our builder’s licence number is 118223C. We are also members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Insurances
Premier and all its contractors, have all the necessary insurances (i.e. public liability and workers’ compensation) and we are WH&S compliant for residential and commercial projects.
Home Owner’s Warranty Insurance
By law, jobs with a value exceeding $20,000, must have home owner’s warranty insurance via the Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF). Premier Improvements is approved to provide this insurance when needed.
Statutory Structural Warranty
Premier Improvements ensures it’s workmanship and quality, and provides the full 6 year statutory warranty, as required by law. Having being in business for 40 plus years, this warranty has some meaning.
